SUMMARY:Sabbath Service: The Truth About the Church Pt.2 – What is the Church?
DESCRIPTION:For centuries, the word church has been associated with buildings, denominations, religious traditions, Sunday worship services, clergy, membership rolls, Christian holidays, and organizations governed by religious authorities. In 2023, the Center for the Study of Global Christianity determined that there were over 45,000 worldwide Christian church denominations and organizations including independent Protestants, Catholics, Mormons and Jehovah’s Witnesses.\n\nWhat is the Church?\nWho established it?\nWhy does it exist?\nWhat is its purpose?\nWhat is the difference between the Church Yeshua said He would build and the religious institutions that have developed over the centuries?\nDid Yeshua start a new religion called Christianity?\nAre the modern denominational churches what Yeshua instituted?\nAnd More …\n\n \nIn this series “The Truth About The Church”, we will answer all the questions above and provide an understanding of What Yeshua Established, Why the Assembly Exists, What Makes a Congregation Healthy, and How.\n
