The Name of The LORD has been a topic of discussion as long as I can remember Biblical discussions growing up in church. The subject of the LORD’s name has varied in range from subtle conversations amongst brethren to intense debates sometimes leading to separations and divisions among Bodies of Believers. Various Christian denominations, Messianic, Hebrew Roots and Sacred Name groups have called the LORD by the names they have concluded to be His Name, arguing that the use of any other name, than the name they use, is calling the LORD a name attributed to an idol god.
