Happy New Year! The barley is Aviv and the renewed moon was sighted in Israel. YeHoVaH has commanded that we guard (observe) the month of the Aviv or Abib. This day marks the beginning of the Biblical New Year and it is the start of the time table for all of the appointed times of our Elohim.
