Mark opens this Chapter with a parable Yeshua uses about a landlord and his tenants. The parable is given in comparison to historical and current events occurring at the time of Yeshua’s encounter with the people and the religious leaders.

Afterwards, questions arise from the established religious leaders trying to trap the Messiah with His own words.
