Redeeming the Firstborn Exodus 13:1-16

YeHoVaH informed Pharaoh that Israel was His son, even His firstborn, and to let His firstborn go so that he might serve Him. Pharaoh’s refusal to let Israel go set forth the Passover and the Exodus event as YeHoVaH redeemed Israel, His firstborn, from Egypt’s bondage. The redemption of the firstborn was another Command that YeHoVaH instituted as a reminder of His redemption of Israel.

Redeeming the Firstborn is a Command that many in the Messianic and Hebrew Roots communities have forgotten or neglected.

Join us Thursday, as we investigate this vital Command and its connection to Passover and the Exodus. “
