Genesis is a record of what YeHoVaH revealed to Moses, the author of Genesis.  The second day begins with YeHoVaH separating the water that He made in Day One and creating the  expanse called Heaven.  This Teaching also looks at the alignment of Genesis and The Gospel of John that says all things were made by Him and without Him was not anything made that was made. Arthur emphasizes the importance of sticking with what is actually written in Scripture.
