Pentecost – A Commanded Feast
Christianity today associates Pentecost only with the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in Acts Chapter 2. While Acts 2 is a powerful fulfillment of a promise, the Feast itself did not begin in the New Testament. Pentecost was established by YeHoVaH as a divine Commandment long before the Book of Acts was written.
Pentecost is one of the Appointed Feasts of YeHoVaH given to Israel in the Torah. It is not a man-made tradition, denominational celebration, or optional observance. It is a commanded assembly established by YeHoVaH Himself. This teaching will show that Pentecost:
- Was instituted by YeHoVaH
- Was established in the Torah
- Was commanded before Acts 2
- Was part of the Covenant Instructions given to Israel
- Was connected to harvest, Firstfruits, Covenant, and obedience
- Remains significant for Believers today
- And much more…
