Yeshua declared that He was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Jews, Hebrews, Greek speaking Jews and pagans came to Yeshua in the Land of Israel to receive healing, deliverance and other types of ministry. 

In this portion of Mark 7, Yeshua ventures into other countries outside of the Land of Israel to do ministry.
