Yes indeed, Father is specific. When He told Moses about making Him a sanctuary in the wilderness, He gave very specific details . Details of mesurements, material etc. He even gave the name of the man in whom he downloaded His Spirit in wisdom, understanding and knowledge in all manner of workmanship.
