True to form, Arthur delivered everything but a “tickle your ear” message. Numerous sacred cows were knocked over and the truth was proclaimed! Right at the beginning of the Broadcast, Arthur said that it is all right to deal with issues. He added that we have no right to complain about issues unless we have addressed them. Then Arthur proceeded to deal with issues!
A good portion of the Teaching dealt with how we determine when the new month begins. This is important because it is only when YeHoVaH’s people synchronize our times and seasons with His times and seasons, will we ALL be on the same page! In order to celebrate the Feasts properly, the sighting of the New/Renewed Moon is required in both the Spring Feasts and in the Fall Feasts.
Arthur explained that the Bible reckons the 24-hour span of a day is from sunset to sunset. The Hebrew month begins with the Renewed Moon. There are typically 29 days in the Biblical month and the maximum number of days for any month is 30 days. If the ReNewed Moon is sighted on the 29th day, the New Month begins for us at sunset. If the ReNewed Moon is not sighted with the naked eye on the 29th day, by default the 1st day of the New Month is declared to start the following day at sunset.
Arthur described how the ministry observed the ReNewed Moon by saying that we rely on two concrete positive sightings of the ReNewed Moon visible with the naked eye in the land of Israel.
Below are listed the 8 Reasons why House of Israel and Arthur Bailey Ministries International determines each new month by the sighting of the ReNewed Moon in the Land of Israel. (Please listen to the complete Teaching for the Scriptural references.)
- The Temple in Jerusalem was the place where YeHoVaH placed His Name.
- The Torah went out to the world from Zion/Jerusalem.
- The promised Holy Spirit was given from Jerusalem.
- The Gospel of the Kingdom was sent forth from Jerusalem.
- Yeshua will return in Jerusalem.
- Yeshua will reign from Jerusalem.
- All flesh will be required to go up to Jerusalem to worship in the new earth.
- When we look to Jerusalem for the start of the appointed times in their season, although we may be in different countries and time zones, we are all celebrating the Feasts on the same day!

Arthur addressed two issues that manifest when we divorce ourselves from the Commands of YeHoVaH. We consequently find ourselves yoked to other systems that are not His System. First, Arthur referred to celebrating the Feasts on days that are not on the Biblically prescribed date and still calling your celebration the Feast. Second, Arthur addressed the fact that many Saints were calling the Seventh Month of the year the New Year or Rosh Hashanah! Arthur was speaking about the Saints that have heard the truth preached and taught. He admonished them by saying, “When you have heard, and you don’t do, you are deceived!”
Another sacred cow toppled today was the notion that Yeshua is going to return on the Day of Trumpets. This is based on a very faulty interruption of Scripture. The Day of Trumpets is not “unknown”. Yom Teruah or Feast of Trumpets is cited several months in advance on Hebrew Calendars within a 2-day window based on when the renewed moon will be sighted. Therefore, on that fact alone, the Day of Trumpets does not meet the criteria in Scripture.
Matthew 24:35-42
35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
As Arthur said, the Father is looking for a people that will worship Him in spirit and in truth and that true worship is a lifestyle. We are worshippers! Worship is not something you do! If you need truth, a solution to a concern, or understanding, ASK THE FATHER. Arthur reminded us from the words of Apostle James, “You have not because you ask not!”

This was a very celebratory time with the Saints dressed in their festive best! We enjoyed blowing the shofars and noisemakers that were handed out to all the guests. Some Saints brought their personal shofars and one Brother had his trumpet.
Leviticus 23:23-24
23 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
24 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.
It was a time of lively conversations, gaiety amongst the children, prayer for those with physical struggles, and sharing words of knowledge with the Brethren. I witnessed all of this and more.
It was a time of refreshing. It was a time of anticipation of the Feast of Tabernacles when we are expecting many of the online Saints to join us in Charlotte. I saw one Facebook post this week that said, “All roads lead to Charlotte!” I smiled and imagined being in the midst of all my Sister and Brother Saints with the Father’s Presence in and around us.
It is a privilege to be in the company of Saints that celebrate YeHoVaH every day! As Arthur said, the Almighty is looking for a people that will worship Him in spirit and in truth. Our Elohim wants us to be worshippers so that we are worshipping Him in ALL PLACES not just in a designated building at a designated time. This is only possible when we are anointed because then His Presence is with us wherever we go.
