YeHoVaH’s Plan
The reason it is subtitled as A Commandment of Caring and Compassion is because YeHoVaH cares and He is compassionate. His plan is not just for the Children of Israel. Long before there was the Children of Israel, there was the plan of The Almighty to provide for His people. As a matter of fact, one of the first things He did before He made man was make the provisions for man. Father knows the things we need even before we ask, and He has provided everything we need. Then, He made sure that even as He called the people to Himself, He wanted to make sure that His people reflected Him. That is, that they would be caring and compassionate.
